Elena Grigorenko’s research is in the fields of psychology, learning disabilities, and neuropsychiatric genetics. Her research involves a number of areas of childhood adaptive and maladaptive behaviors, including cognitive development, environmental factors and developmental risk, and the etiology of learning disabilities. She is also interested in translational studies linking theoretical knowledge and practical applications in classrooms.
